I stayed on the 6th level and had a mix of experiences with the elevator. The room was surprisingly spacious, facing a quiet corner away from the main road. The soundproofing was good overall, although there was some noise from police and fire sirens along Kaiserdamm during the night.

I stayed on the 6th level, and the elevator only worked the first day, which was inconvenient. The room smelled like smoke and lacked air conditioning. The staff was not very courteous, and the breakfast options were limited. On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable, except for the noisy washing machine.
